WHAT IS ANIMAL MUTILATION?
Animal mutilation is the docking of any parts of the body of animal under unusual process, usually bloodless.
In some country, specific mutilation are legal, in others they are not regulated. In most of the country the described mutilation can be carried out without anesthesia and analgesic.  Animal suffers several pains during the mutilation process and are deeply distressed.
Globalization involves global trade with food thus including trade with animal suffering. Many animals are engaged in mutilation. Cattle mutilation is also known as Bovine excision. Examples of some animal mutilation:

5.     Castration without anesthesia
PURPOSE OF TAIL DOCKING
To prevent tail biting, tail biting is a behavioral discover in pig triggered by intensive farming and also, how  to cut the tail of pig is by using hot electrical iron [so called docking iron] is use to cut or burn off a piece of the tail. Which is not good, because we human being our development depends on our feeding, also there is no need for mutilating animal.
THE MUTILATION OF GOAT
Also goats are adapted to the environment. People normally mutilate goat to have enough meat or anything
1.     Dehorning/dis-budding
2.     Castration  without anesthesia
PURPOSE OF DEHORNING /DIs-BUDDING:
To prevent animal from injuring each other or staffs, they are grouped into restricted areas. The horn buds are burnt out because the horn buds are rich in nerves. Dehorning is very painful.
Purpose of castration without anesthesia:
To prevent the awful odor from the male goats and to curb their fertility, the animals become less aggressive. The spermatic cord are strongly squeezed by a clamp, the burdizzo clamp. There are also other castration methods [surgical means].
CONCLUSION:
Mutilation of animals should be ban in the country because whether you cut any part of the animal body, how the animal will be or grow depends on the feeding and God.
