WHAT IS ANIMAL MUTILATION? Animal mutilation is the docking of any parts of the body of animal under unusual process, usually bloodless. In some country, specific mutilation are legal, in others they are not regulated. In most of the country the described mutilation can be carried out without anesthesia and analgesic.
